My departure is next Saturday, six days from now. Yesterday I made a trip to Target to pick up some things needed for the trip and small gifts. Today I started packing, organizing my vitamins and supplements, picking out clothes to wear and take, putting stuff into a bag I picked up yesterday. And I'm starting this blog, which I hope to be able to update while I'm in Africa. I'll be working all week, so that means fitting in more preparations in the evenings, since I'm leaving very early Saturday morning.
